Start your Friday with a splash in the sea as we take our sea kayaks and or SUP (depending on tides) out to discover the South Coast’s cliffs, bays and estuaries. We hike along the South West Coast Path and have the afternoon on the beach with plenty of opportunities to relax and an early evening swim and a pint in the local. Dinner is with our hosts and is a BBQ / Paella with the evening spent sharing stories around the fire pit, for a proper ‘Fire pit Friday’! Grab yourself a free beer, put your feet up and relax with your group as the sun fades and the stars come out.

We bike to the North Cornish coast, via the world famous Camel Trail and then onto Padstow for a quick lunch before and afternoon coasteering and surfing. Under the guidance of our instructors, we traverse the coast, climb the cliffs, jump into the sea, and swim into coves for an energy packed afternoon and also surf to our heart’s content. We transfer back to the pub and eat in one of Cornwall’s finest!
