Where is Cornwall, England?

Cornwall is in the far west and southern tip of England, bordered by the famous English Channel and Celtic Sea. Known for its natural beauty, rugged coastline, idyllic coastal villages, beaches and walking and cycling trails, Cornwall is an outdoor enthusiast’s ideal playground!

Where is Devon, England?

Devon is a large county in southwest England, with Cornwall to the West, and Dorset to the East, bordered in the North and South by the ocean. With two stunning wild coastlines and the Dartmoor mountains in the centre, Devon is a must-see!

Where are The New Forest and Dorset, England?

Dorset is on the south coast of England, to the west of London, bordering Devon and Somerset. With miles and miles of sandy beaches, forests and rolling hills, it is a beautiful county of huge variety and beauty. It is famous for its Jurassic Coast, a world heritage site, with striking red and white cliffs, natural arches and spectacular coves.

The New Forest was set up as a hunting forest by William the Conquerer in 1079, and is still mainly owned by the Crown. It is famous for its wild ponies and extensive tracts of woodland and open land. 

Where is Kent, England?

Kent is to the south-east of London, a gorgeous lowland county with a long coastline. Rural Kent has long been known as the ‘Garden of England’ for its orchards and vineyards. It is one of the top coastline walking destinations as its bordering the English Channel and North Sea.

What is the best way to get out of London to the South Coast?

Our New Forest & Dorset and Kent tours start in central London, and are easy to reach. The best way out of London and into Devon and Cornwall is by train from London Paddington, with direct trains to Exeter (Devon, 3 hours) and Bodmin Parkway (Cornwall, 4 hours). We will meet you at the station, and head out on bike or by transfer to our first ride of the tour! 

How fit and active do I need to be to come on a cycle tour?

On our guided trips we have different length route options each day for those wishing to travel further or faster, and for those looking for a more leisurely ride. Daily route options vary from 15-50 miles on average. You can upgrade to an e-bike on all our tours.
