Join our multi activity holidays and meet like-minded active people who embrace their holidays and want to get stuck into some great activities. You’ll return with a glow having made the most of your week, full of morning swims, days outdoors, evenings by the firepit with homecooked food and a great group around you!
Full, active days without the rush. From an early morning swim, a morning walk or cycle through the Cotswolds, afternoon SUP or canoe to the pub in the early evening you’ll have a full, active day! Led by our outstanding team of guides who know every route; café stop and canal; the best way to bike out of Bath or the best places to canoe in Oxford.
We’ll get you from platform to pint in 75 minutes, out of London on a Monday and ready to begin your week. We provide all the equipment you will need; just bring yourself, some active wear and some swim kit, and you’ll be ready to go!
Don’t feel obliged to do all of these activities, if you fancy an afternoon off to stroll along the canal or read your book in the sun – that fits in well with our itinerary too.
If you would like to cycle more miles each day we would be happy to show you some faster ‘racing snake’ routes! Our guides can add more mileage and steeper inclines for those wishing to stretch their legs on this adventure!
Wave goodbye to London (or wherever you’re catching the train from) on a Monday as we get you from Platform to Pub lunch in 75 minutes or less! Many will take the train out of London to Bath Spa where you’ll meet your guides and group and get to know them over lunch in this spa city. We head out for an afternoon bike ride along the Kennet and Avon canal and towards the pretty village of Lacock, with 20, 40 and 50 mile options. We take the short transfer to our basecamp for the evening and stroll over to the Bakers Arms for dinner in one of the best pubs known to mankind! Enjoy your evening getting to know our group and stroll after dinner to our basecamp and your shepherd hut style accommodation.
Begin your Tuesday with a splash and an early morning wild swim before breakfast. In the morning try out Stand Up Paddle-boarding (SUP) in the next door lake. After lunch in the café overlooking the water, we’ll hop onto the Thames Path and walk along the river for a relaxed afternoon stroll back towards our basecamp. Fire pit Tuesday is our favourite evening on this trip, where you can put your feet up, enjoy a cold beer from the free-beer fridge, and share campfire stories under the stars and over a home cooked BBQ dinner.
Early risers can join us for some yoga to get the day started before breakfast. This morning’s bike ride takes us in a stunning loop around Cirencester and Sapperton, leading us to lunch in a great pub, loved by travellers and locals alike. We take a walk in the afternoon to discover the elusive source of the River Thames. See who can spot it first! The evening sees us on a wander to the village pub for a cosy night indoors.
After an early morning swim option, our morning’s bike ride takes us along the Thames Valley with a full ride of 37 miles, and plenty of pick up options for those choosing a shorter cycle. After lunch in a quirky pottery barn we take you to the outskirts of Oxford where we drop off everyone and their luggage to Oxford station, with frequent 50-minute direct departures to London.

Absolutely! We bring like-minded people together on these trips, to enjoy a group atmosphere, get stuck into some great activities, water sports, hikes and to share a well-deserved meal with at the end of each day.
Our tours are designed for those looking for an active weekends, mini-breaks and weeks away. All activities can be adapted but a ‘give it a go’ attitude goes a long way! Some of our water sports activities require a basic ability to swim 50-100 metres. If you would like to chat to one of our team about your particular trip, fitness level and what is involved in coming on one of our tours, please get in touch and we would be happy to help.
We provide a kit list before your trip with us. The basics to bring are swimwear, clothes you don’t mind getting wet or a bit muddy in, a towel, as well as some clothes and shoes suitable for walking and cycling in. By providing all the equipment needed for cycling, kayaking, canoeing and Stand Up Paddle-boarding we take the hassle out of your week away, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your active Cotswold mini-break.
