Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP)

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is the definition of a full body workout. You are required to balance on the board which engages muscles in the shoulders, core and hips. Try out our morning SUP yoga sessions and try not to laugh too much at your mates as they fall in or else you’ll soon be joining them! Down South we’ve joined up with Paddle Cornwall SUP for some great SUP experiences in Cornwall while on our multi-activity tours.
Surfing

Surfing, while being one of the coolest sports known to mankind, can improve your cardiovascular fitness from paddling out, shoulder and back strength from using your arms to paddle and core and legs strength from standing and balancing on the board. And if you fall off… that’s part of the fun too!
Coasteering

Coasteering combines sea swimming, low level climbing, traversing, natural rapid riding and ledge leaps into deep water plunge pools. You don’t have to be Bear Grills in order join in. Although a basic swimming ability is a prerequisite you won’t swim long distances. We can guarantee you’ll come back with a glow – having explored the coast in a completely unique way!
Punting

Punting is smoothly gliding along the river on a punt being propelled by a person and a punt pole or stick whilst enjoying the view. You can take part in steering and propelling the punt yourself, or sit back, relax and watch the world flow past you, perhaps even with a beer or cocktail in hand as you glide down the river in the sunshine. Technically not a sport, but we love it so much we just had to include it!
Kayaking

Kayaking is a really rewarding water sport, and is a great way to relieve stress whilst offering fitness benefits at the same time. When your paddle enters the water and completes a good stroke, pretty much every muscles in your upper body is used, as well as some lower body muscles as well! You’ll love the way you can so easily glide through the water on one of these streamline vessels. Playing tag while kayaking will soon reveal who is the fastest paddler.
